Yoga

After more than 25 years of practicing and teaching various styles of yoga, I have discovered that it feels most authentic to me to shape each class by combining different styles. I tune into the energy of the group; from there, a unique and intuitive class naturally unfolds.

In my classes, I incorporate breathing practices (pranayama), gentle movement, meditation, and techniques from ancient yoga traditions. I also share my own life experiences, offering insights that may support you personally on your journey.

For me, yoga represents movement, conscious breathing, relaxation, and balance. It is a moment to release tension from the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with yourself through breath and awareness.

Soon, weekly yoga classes will be offered online, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own home and take dedicated time for yourself.

I warmly invite you to take these moments for yourself, so that after each class you feel a greater sense of calm, self-worth, and gentleness toward yourself and the world around you.
